You know that people from all over the world call us. Of course we do not have agents for every language spoken available and so we have to use a language line ..that is a service with interpreters who work from home. To optimize their services there is an automated system that is suppose to recognize the language you need. Today I had to deal with a cardholder from sweden. He wanted to speak in his native language so I looked for a swedish interpreter. When the system asked me for the needed language I yelled: SWEDISH! ... a moment silence ... and then ... you need assistance in KLINGON ... if this is correct ... press 1!
